i enjoyed my room. It was spacious, almost sixty square meters. The bathroom included two sinks and a separate shower. i liked the complimentary mineral water they gave us EACH day.
the general facade need some improvement. The hotel looks tired with just a fresh coat of paint. I found that there was a lack of landscaping. Proper maintenance and upkeep of the grounds are VERY necessary.

The facility presents in great condition. I appreciate that the beach is wonderful. The grounds show immaculate features with MANY plants and water features. My family members felt welcomed. They even prepared a birthday cake for one of us. I do recommend it to everyone.
i have mixed feelings about sands restaurant. We had lunch there on our first day and chicken came raw. They did refry IT, but it made the chicken tough. The waiters mostly sit in each corner and chit chat instead of clearing plates attracting flies.

The hotel sits at the edge of the island, a feature i liked. This provides a private, charming beach with clear water and VERY white sand. The hotel has a green garden that makes one feel surrounded by nature.

I got upgraded to a suite of 80 m2. The bed felt comfortable and fresh filtered water provided on the daily. The room included a living area. A big bathroom offered a bathtub and separate shower.

Breakfast offered MANY western and asian choices. The multiple restaurant options i noticed all served good food. I found that the pool bar provides various cocktails. The culinary experience exceeded my expectations.

The staff members was friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the high care shown to my family. The hotel provides a buggy service. Staff ensured my stay felt lovely and i am grateful.
